Onbord ("we") helps service providers onboard clients via branded checklists. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information from your sign-in provider (name, email)
- Workspace, template, and client onboarding data you create
- Client names, emails, and task progress for onboardings you start
- Usage events such as portal opens and task completions
How we use it
We use this data to operate the product: sending invite and reminder emails, showing progress in your dashboard, and improving reliability.
